House of Refuge Outreach & Worship Center, DBA House of Refuge Deliverance Center, Inc., is a multi-faceted ministry located on St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. It was established in April 2003 by  Pastors Velma and Courtney K, who were called, commissioned and ordained under Warfare Plus and New Beginnings Ministries of Tampa, Florida, a strong Deliverance Ministry. 

Our services are vibrant and ensure that the presence of God is felt and demonstrated with power and authority.  We are passionate about seeing individuals set free from strongholds and empowering them to recognize and develop their spiritual gifts and talents for the glory of God. 

House of Refuge is also committed to serving our community through outreach programs, including: health screenings, computer classes, and distribution outreach events to support those in need.
